Cancellation and Return Policy

These items are tailor made just for you. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. We ask that our customers inspect their order prior to use/assembly. In the off-chance that you receive a damaged item, we require notice within 3 days of delivery. Once we’re notified, we will replace the affected part(s) or send a complete replacement, if necessary.

Shipping

All SD Upholstery products are carefully and professionally shipped using our own delivery team. Standard shipping includes delivery to the front door of your house or condo/apartment building lobby. White Glove delivery includes delivering into your living space, opening the packaging and setting up the pieces. We do not do garbage removal. Shipping charges will apply to all deliveries and will be calculated based on the service level and postal code inputted before checking out.

SD Upholstery is not liable for any damage to property resulting from special delivery requests including but not limited to inside delivery.

 

Free Curbside Pickup

In the local area? We offer free pickups from our warehouse at 10 – 7040 Torbram Rd, Mississauga, ON. Simply place your order online and select the pickup option. We will contact you once your order is ready for pickup. A valid ID is required at the time of pickup.

Our warehouse pickup hours are:

  • Mon – Fri: 9am – 4pm 

  • Sat – Sun: By Appointment (contact us)

Manufactures Limited Warranty

  • 5 year on frame and springs

  • 2 year on foam

This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. 

During the Warranty Period, SD Upholstery will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal residential use and maintenance. Items that arrive visibly damaged or defective, must be reported prior to use and/or assembly within 3 days of receipt.

A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good.
